Terms and Conditions

Description of Promotion:

• Participate in our SPINS Leaderboard promotion for a chance to win daily prizes. Prizes will be awarded to the top 30 SPINS Leaderboard Point earners in each buy-in level.

Promotional Period:

• January 1, 2023 – October 31, 2023

Eligibility:

• BetMGM Poker accounts.
• To be eligible, players must be 19 years of age or older and playing within the province of Ontario.
• All personal and contact data associated with the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (the promoter), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter (collectively, promotion entities), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this poker promotion. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Promoter additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in the poker promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.

How It Works:

• Sign in to your BetMGM Poker account during the promotional period.
• For every qualifying SPINS tournament you play, you will earn SPINS Leaderboard Points. We will keep track of your points and rank you on our SPINS Leaderboard.
• We will use the following calculation to determine your points for each qualifying SPINS tournament you play
  • Leaderboard Points = (buy-in – rake) x Leaderboard multiplier
    • Buy-in = cost of SPINS tournament buy-in
    • Table multiplier = multiplier determined at the start of SPINS tournament
• Calculate your points with the Leaderboard calculator
• At the end of each day of the promotional period, prizes will be awarded to the top 30 SPINS Leaderboard Point earners in each buy-in level.
• Winners of the SPINS Leaderboard promotion will be credited their winnings within 24 hours after the conclusion of the Leaderboard promotion.
• SPINS tickets expire after 14 days.
• In the event of a tie, between the winning positions from Rank 1 through 30, prizes will be awarded in full to all tied players.

Limitations on Participation:

• Real money poker play results in earning BRPs for poker SPINS games which are used to track play. Player will earn loyalty points (BRPs) for all poker SPINS games, but will only earn Leaderboard Points by playing $1, $5, and $10 SPINS tournaments.

• $1 SPINS tournaments, $5 SPINS tournaments, $10 SPINS tournaments

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• Poker SPINS tickets cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. They can only be used for SPINS tournaments.

Important Terms:

• This promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Commission’s continuing regulatory approval of the BetMGMpoker.com site. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the promotion, this promotion shall be null and void. Any bonus earned before approval is withdrawn will nonetheless be credited to the player’s account.
• BetMGM Poker will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and administration and operation of the poker promotion. Decisions of BetMGM Poker will be final and binding in all matters related to the poker promotion. BetMGM Poker reserves the right to change or end any poker promotion for any reason, including, without limitation, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
• Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM Poker will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds (poker bonus and restricted winnings) that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• BetMGM Poker reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, and void any poker bonus and associated winnings, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• BetMGM Poker reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation, if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
• BetMGM Poker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this promotion (or any portion of the promotion) at any time without prior notice or consent for any reason, including, without limitation, should an error, virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or issue corrupt, restrict, prevent or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the promotion and, in such situation, to select the potential winner from the remaining eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by BetMGM Poker in its sole discretion.
